Garnet-red color. A wine of great elegance, velvety, structured and with character. Very fine and detailed scents, warm and spicy, rich with notes of berries, licorice, fruit in alcohol, cinnamon and pepper. Classic scents of violets and withered roses. Great softness and persistence, it fits perfectly with red meat, game and aged cheese.

Sandy loam soil with abundant skeleton, moderately deep and permeable to water.

Harvested rigorously by hand. Drying in 4 kg boxes, soft pressing. It follows a slow classical natural red vinification and maceration on the skins for at least 20 days.

Aging in Slavonian and French oak tonneaux, followed by at least 12 months in bottle and darkness.
