In the May 2025 edition of Wine Enthusiast’s Advanced Buying Guide, FLAMMANTE Valtellina Superiore Inferno DOCG 2020 was awarded the “Cellar Selection” designation, a qualification given to wines considered collectible and which have the structure and potential to improve with aging in a temperature-controlled environment.
After a year of tastings, FLAMMANTE was included at the 91st place in the Top 100 Cellar Selections 2025, among the 100 best wines in the world which, in the words of the editorial staff, “embody evolution. These wines are illuminating, consistent in structure, and balanced even in difficult years. They are engineered to reward patience. Each earned a Cellar Selection designation for its ability to age, transform, and inspire curiosity with each passing year.”
